I've been in real estate 5+ years. I completed 12 transactions in my first year and 9 in my second. I earned Rookie of the Year status in my first year and have held a top 20% status every year since. The insurance industry is my back ground which I started in the early 80's. I obtained my passion for real estate when I bought 3 and sold 2 of my own homes in a 4 year period. Yes, I moved a lot!!
